Learn a variety of different techniques used by culinarians
An Important Update
Schola is closed until at least August 25.
If you have registered for any of the classes scheduled between now and August 25, you will be getting an email about next steps. As we are a very small business, we are asking that everyone reschedule their classes rather than ask for a refund to help us through this very tough time. We understand everyone is not in the financial position to do this, so please let us know if you are not willing to reschedule.
Unfortunately we don’t have any information on the date of the rescheduled classes as we are taking this day by day. As soon as we are able to open, we will reschedule these classes and will send out emails. You can either use your class credit towards the same class or any other classes we have open.
Once again, if you registered for a class that was scheduled between now and August 25, you will receive an email with further details.
We look forward to resuming classes and spending time in the kitchen with you soon. Please continue to be safe and take care of one another!
Thank you for your patience through all of this. We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy and we thank you for your support.
At Schola we offer two types of hands-on class experiences; TECHNIQUE driven or MENU driven. The techniques classes take an in-depth look at the topic, explore many aspects of where and how it is used and produce different versions of the studied subject for the class to enjoy. The menu driven classes focus on the published menu and its preparation, concluding with the class dining on their efforts. Below is a listing of the different types of classes. By clicking on the link, you'll be able to see specific classes and when they are being offered. Our class schedule continues to evolve so, if you don't see what interests you, email us! We're always looking for class suggestions. To see the classes we have scheduled over the next few months, check on our calendar. To purchase tickets to any of our classes, go to Eventbrite. We can't offer refunds to classes because our seating is very limited. But, if you can't make a class, you can send a friend in your place. Please email us at least six hours before the class starts and let us know who will be taking your place. Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you'd like to enjoy while cooking and eating. We'll have plenty of stemware and ice for you.
