At Schola we offer two types of hands-on class experiences; TECHNIQUE driven or MENU-driven. The techniques classes take an in-depth look at the topic, explore many aspects of where and how it is used and produce different versions of the studied subject for the class to enjoy. The menu-driven classes focus on the published menu and its preparation, concluding with the class dining on their efforts.
Below is a listing of the different types of classes. By clicking on the link, you'll be able to see specific classes and when they are being offered. Our class schedule continues to evolve so, if you don't see what interests you, email us! We're always looking for class suggestions.
We can't offer refunds to classes because our seating is very limited. But, if you can't make a class, you can send a friend in your place. Please email us at least six hours before the class starts and let us know who will be taking your place.
Schola is BYOB, so bring a bottle or two of whatever you'd like to enjoy while cooking and eating. We'll have plenty of stemware and ice for you.
