Techniques Class

  • Each class consists of approximately two hours of hands on cooking culminating in students eating the fruits of their labor! Classes cover topics such as how to make fresh pasta, classic sauces, basic knife skills and much more. Maximum class size – 18 students. Check the schedule for the different themes, dates and times.
