Occasionally a winemaker or winery owner will find their way into town and ask to spend an evening with us cooking regional dishes and talking about their wines. Nobody can argue that food and wine are inseparable on the table and winemakers tend to be great cooks! The class will spend the evening cooking alongside of our guest, creating dishes that are either family recipes or true to the regional cuisine from which these wines come, then sit at the table to learn more about wine, the winemaker's philosophy and why these wines uniquely compliment the dishes we have prepared. We ask each of our guests to bring their wines to share with us.

Please remember that we can't offer refunds to classes because our seating is very limited. If you can't make a class, you can send a friend in your place. Email us at least six hours before the class starts and let us know who will be taking your place.
